Menurut Mamet, hujan lebat terjadi dari sekitar pukul 13.30 WIB. Sekitar pukul 15.15 WIB hujan sudah reda.
Mamet menambahkan, banjir tersebut diduga akibat tersumbatnya drainase di sekitar Jl Mangga Dua Raya.
Kendaraan yang lewat hanya bisa melewati lajur kanan. Sebab jalur lainnya dipenuhi air
Akibat banjir tersebut, 1-2 motor mogok. Lalu lintas di kawasan tersebut arah ke Kota juga sempat macet.
"Sempat macet lalu lintas," tuturnya.
